Prompt, Input and Output Rights Policy

1. Inputs

You retain rights you lawfully hold in original prompts and uploaded materials. You may submit content only when you have authority to reproduce, adapt, transmit and process it with AI systems for the intended result.

2. Processing licence

You grant Maveristic and the selected providers a non-exclusive, worldwide, limited licence to host, reproduce, transmit, transform, moderate and technically process inputs and outputs to perform the requested service, maintain security, provide support, reconcile billing and comply with law. The licence ends when no longer reasonably necessary, subject to lawful retention.

3. Outputs

Maveristic does not claim ownership of an eligible output solely because it was created through Creative Lab. Rights arise only to the extent recognised by applicable law and remain subject to provider terms, source material and third-party rights.

4. No guarantee of exclusivity

Purely AI-generated material may receive limited or no copyright protection in some jurisdictions. Similar outputs may be generated for others or resemble protected works, people or brands. Providers may restrict commercial use, attribution, redistribution, sensitive categories or models. Creative Lab does not perform a comprehensive originality, title, trademark or rights-clearance search.

5. Before commercial use

Review the complete output; clear source materials, music, performers, voices, likenesses, trademarks, fonts and datasets; verify facts; remove defamatory or deceptive material; apply required AI disclosure; and retain evidence of permissions and meaningful human authorship where ownership matters.

6. Platform assets and Oryyn

Maveristic templates, workflows, UI, documentation and presets remain Maveristic or licensor property; using Creative Lab does not transfer them. A Creative Lab upload grants Oryyn no distribution right. Only a user-directed transfer under the Publish-to-Oryyn Addendum and Oryyn's terms applies.
