Acceptable Use and Safety Policy

This Policy applies to prompts, uploads, references, outputs, project metadata, downloads, collaboration and Oryyn submissions.

1. Absolutely prohibited

• Sexual, exploitative, romanticised or fetishised content involving a minor or a person presented as a minor; grooming; sexual age transformation; or assistance facilitating child abuse.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, nudification, sexual deepfakes, voyeuristic content, threats to create or distribute intimate media, or sexual content involving a person without valid consent.
• Deceptive impersonation, fabricated endorsements, fake evidence, identity fraud, phishing, scams or content intended to materially mislead people about source, participation or authenticity.
• Terrorist propaganda, credible threats, instruction for serious violence, weapons construction, stalking, trafficking, evasion of law enforcement or other serious wrongdoing.
• Content that attacks protected groups, dehumanises people, incites hatred, doxxes, targets or humiliates a person, or facilitates harassment.
• Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, performer, music, data, confidentiality or contractual-rights violations.
• False voting instructions, deceptive political media, fabricated public-interest events, fake emergency communication or impersonation of public authorities.
• Malware, credential theft, unauthorised scraping, safety bypass, service interference, account farming, repeated welcome-credit abuse or unauthorised resale.

2. Restricted or high-risk use

The following may require consent, disclosure, rights evidence, human review or may be blocked by a provider:

• A real person's face, voice, performance, signature style, identity or biography.
• Children, even where content is non-sexual.
• Newsworthy events, public figures, political communication or emergency information.
• Advertising, testimonials, recruitment, fundraising or public communications using synthetic media.
• Medical, legal, financial, educational or safety simulations that could be mistaken for professional advice.
• Brands, characters, songs, footage, scripts, datasets or other protected material.
• Adult or sexual content outside the categories expressly enabled by the current product and selected provider.

3. Human review

Do not use an unreviewed output to make employment, credit, insurance, housing, education, medical, legal, policing or other high-impact decisions. Creative Lab is not designed for autonomous safety-critical control.

4. Enforcement

Creative Lab may block or modify a request; quarantine, label, restrict or delete an output; request consent or rights evidence; release, withhold or restore credits according to provider outcome and user conduct; restrict a feature; suspend or terminate an account; preserve evidence; or report activity where legally required.

5. Reporting and appeal

Report urgent safety issues to visaj@maveristic.com. Include the relevant link or generation reference and supporting context. An appeal should explain why an action was mistaken and include consent, licence or rights evidence where relevant.
